What do you see on your credit card transaction history? Is it a single $24 transaction or multiple with different amount?

1. Do you remember if you had activation problems?

2. You can use the reset voicemail password option that resets it to your phone number.

Sometimes there are multiple Pending charges showing during activations or renewals, but when the payment gets authorized, the incorrect amounts will fall away, then the real one will stay.

If these end up being Authorized/Approved charges and the extra funds are not showing in your Available funds area, then contact Public Mobile Customer Support Representatives (CSA).

There are 2 ways to reach CSA, found here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent

2. how to get my voice mail, there is a password? how to get it?

The password must be created by you. If pressing '1' on your phone dialer app does not prompt you to set up voicemail, enter any voicemail phone number (you can choose the one local to you) from this list into you phone's contacts.
