      <description>&lt;P&gt;To reactivate account, do manual pay, choose "Other" as payment type and pay your plan cost. Credit card has to be registered with PM. You can make only 2 attempts to pay this way.       <description>&lt;P&gt;AUTOPAY FAILED:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Logon to My Account, select Payment, click on the One time Payment and try to manually pay with Amount Due option there.&amp;nbsp;If it fails, then use the option "Other" and manually enter your plan amount. Service/plan should automatically reactivate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it doesn't reactivate then go to the plans or usage page and click on the lost stolen feature. Suspend your service. Log out/in. Resume your service. Your plan should automatically reactivate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp; I'm already set up for auto pay with my credit card.&amp;nbsp; PM charged the card for my wife's account but not mine.&amp;nbsp; I can't get into my account or talk to anyone.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
