    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try password reset with answering security question?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do remember your password the account might be only temporarily locked for an hour due to too many (5) attempts.&amp;nbsp;You might want to wait an hour and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If nothing works for you (using even different browser) contact agent for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am trying to reset my password and am unable to login. My phone service is suspended, I believe I need to update my payment information. When I try to submit a ticket I am unable to provide the information required nor use the 4 digit pin.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
