    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/229878"&gt;@Newhal2000&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; When you click on Plan Details under Account Status/Change Plan in your self serve account, do you see the new number or still the old one.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes the change takes an half hour or so. Also try rebooting your phone and try calling your previous number or the new number from another line if possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise try clearing all your cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode or another browser before retrying to change your number again.&amp;nbsp; PM permits 4 number changes for free within 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try clearing cache and cookies and opening an incognito tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many users have found success using a completely different browser on a completely different device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
