I have unlimited talk and text in Canada as well as the US, does the 10gb that is on the plan also work in the US? Or do I have to buy an add on for international data?

No the Data won’t work in the USA but you don’t have unlimited talk or text while in the US either. The US component included in your plan is just calling FROM Canada to the USA. You will need to purchase the 10 day US roaming add-on just before heading to the US to use your phone there..

Hi @Mackenzieb33 are you on the current $50 plan? The data in that plan is to be used in Canada only.

Your Canada and US calling are only to be used to call FROM Canada and cannot be used when you are in US

if you want your service in US, you will need to buy US Roaming , talk text or Data depends on your need

But, you will be better to buy local US data. For call, use VoIP app like TextNow for free calling to Canada and US.

I should have asked if your 10GB with the bonus data or is that the regular plan data? The Canada US plan I think was 8GB and a bonus 2 GB. How long have you had the plan?

@HALIMACS yes that is what my second post was for to try and find out how long they have had the plan and if it was 8GB +2GB bonus. I should have asked that first

@Mackenzieb33 - current in market plans are for use only whilst you are in Canada with Public Mobile.

Services are available in USA, but require an active public mobile plan with US Roaming Addons for services to work.
