When it says balance $25.00 does that mean there is $25.00 in my account to use?

Yes it does it means you have 25.00 + tax. So if your plan is $25 before tax this amount would cover it all.

If you log into your rewards account it will tell you your estimated amount owing for renewal. As mentioned by @ShawnC13 if your plan is the $25 plan then that amount will be $0. If you are on the old rewards program and you have it okay enabled then it will add the $2 reward onto that amount and the estimated amount owing will be in the negative (-$2).

To contact customer support click below:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

Think of that as balance in your bank account. You do have $25 in your PM account and that will be used for your renewal or you can buy add-on.

Even if you have $0 BUT you are on autopay your plan will be renewed if you have registered credit card which will be charged on renewal day.
