    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am the executor of my fathers will and I am locked out of his phone plan. I have been trying weekly for about a month. &amp;nbsp;The credit card attached to it isn't being cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have his pin and access to his email to reset (as well as Will showing executor status). &amp;nbsp;HELP!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
