      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I’m trying to reset my password but for Some&amp;nbsp;reason when I try my secret questions are not working. &amp;nbsp;I still have access to my original e-mail that I signed up with. &amp;nbsp;I can even tell you my previous answers for those questions. &amp;nbsp;I don’t understand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there any way you can help me. &amp;nbsp;Please I really wanna get everything back to before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
