The ticket is with Public Mobile Representatives (CSA) who have access to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you had too many failed attempts to login into self serve you are temporarily locked out. Wait 15+ minutes to try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While waiting for a response from CSA try clearing your browser's history/cache or use a different browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also a tab in incognito mode may help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you a current customer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you created a self serve account before? If not, register for one here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/" target="_blank"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are suspended for over 90 days, then accounts are closed and you lose your number and access to self serve.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
