      <title>Can't reset password</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Long story short I forgot my password for self serve, but when I try to reset it I get an error, "Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address." I did recently get an activation email from PM, so I know my email address is correct in the system. Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
