If you need to activate in short order you can purchase sim cards from a local retailer and ask them to credit your account after activation for the cost after you submit your reciept. If you are a pc optimum member they often offer 25,000 points for a $50 purchase from TMS. You could also ask for a refund and look into purchasing pm sim cards from Canadian Cell Supplies for $3 each or consider their activation bundles that come with a free sim card and a 20% discount on the first month.
