    <description>&lt;P&gt;I attempted to sign up for a plan , but when&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I got to putting the phone number in, the form stalled and sent me to Simon . Did the Simon thing ,got a ticket,to go to a moderator and am now waiting, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have found a phone # for Public but cant use it as I don’t have a Public phone # or pin # to get into the system&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions from the community?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To create an account with PM you need this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;- &lt;/STRONG&gt;Purchase a new Public Mobile SIM card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Have a payment card ready, either a Canadian credit card or Visa debit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Decide what email address you wish to use on the Activation Portal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you will chose your number or decide if you want to post existing number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/229332"&gt;@cathywms7190&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You are trying to activate a NEW account and you got problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you pick a new number? or you are trying to port you number into PM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check if PM charged your credit card already.&amp;nbsp; If PM did, put your SIM in a phone and try to make outgoing calls and test if it works.&amp;nbsp; Also, see if incoming calls work and if Mobile Data work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know what you found and we can help further&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
