      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had to use my c phone extensively as the Bell had a collapsed line on my Land Line. &amp;nbsp;Ran out of data to make calls and want to know if it will be can soon or can I just but a few more days?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try reboot your phone once.&amp;nbsp; Make sure you put a 1 in front of the 10 digits&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/229532"&gt;@rogers_ludgate&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do not know your 4 digit account pin # ( try your voicemail pin # as some customers used this when activating not knowing what the 4 digit account pin # is used for) then you cannot make purchases thru 611 and the $5/500min add on is not available thru the 611/IVR system anyways.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will have to log into your self serve account and add a minimum of $5 and then go to the plans and add ons page and select the add on and scroll down to confirm and submit your purchase. Log out and reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively you can download a voip provider such as textnow or fongo. Select a Canadian phone number and you can make free calls on wifi or while using mobile data ( 0.5mb=1min or 250mb=500min). This is also handy to use to call your voicemail so you don't use your 100 outgoing minutes. Call your phone number from your voip number ( or landline when its fixed) and when your voicemail picks up press "*" and enter your 4 digit voicemail pin #.
