      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am leaving Canada in May so I'd like to ask you:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I cancel my pre-paid plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right now I have the auto-payment setting which renews automatically on the 28 of each month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When and how should I cancel it if I still want to use the phone for the month of April?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you all!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ettore&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Remove autopay and credit card info to stop autopay. Your account will be suspended without payment at your next renewal date. 90 days after suspension, your account will be cancelled.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If you want to keep your phone #/plan while being in suspension mode, just drop your plan to cheapest tier, and pay once every 87 days. This works if you plan to come back to Canada in the near future.       <description>&lt;P&gt;FYI...your PM account is paid for 30 days...not one month. Your renewal &lt;U&gt;payment date&lt;/U&gt; will vary depending on how may days in the month. Your renewal payment isn't on the 28th of each month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
