Hi I been at this for about 2 hrs now, Not fun. All I am trying to do is see if there is a promo for existing customers / loyity or look at changing the plan for more data.

@Manny2 , this brand is not into giving promos to existing customers. We are treated with rewards as a way of keeping costs down. It is not a bad thing from what I can tell.

There is no promo for existing customers. Only new customers are offered (usually) additional data for limited time.

Existing customers rely on rewards or points depending when you did sign up with PM.

You can change your plan for more data at any time but strongly consider to change on next renewal.

There is no offer for changing plan as you are existing customer.

@Manny2, no promo for exiting customers. But last 3 Christmas , PM has been giving out Data and Long Distance add-ons, so, those are little things they are giving for existing customers.
