Last month I received a SMS that I would receive my first $1 loyalty reward with this months billing. I'm under the old rewards program, received my normal rewards but did not receive my $1 loyalty reward.

normally it will show up the $1 loyally reward after you paid

Do you know when you exactly joined Public mobile?

Normally, you will get the extra $1/month for loyalty starting at your 13 month payment date. You should see the loyalty $1 in your rewards account after 12 months under loyalty rewards.

What does your My Rewards say about loyalty reward? Do you see that $1? It should be applied on full year+1 month. So if you joined Mar. 2021 it should be applied on renewal in Apr. 2022

Take your start date...add 365 days (not 30x12=360).....what date did you get.....you will get your loyalty reward on the next payment after that date. Check your transaction to find the credit or not.

Thanks folks, just confusing to see that SMS message last month, thought I might get my $1 reward with this billing. I went back and sure enough I signed up on March 18/21. Reward should be with my next next billing.
