I have un account and un phone number with public mobile. .

I have forget my password.

Can you help me ? How can I have acces in my account because I have need for my account number ?

On the log-in page to self-serve, there's a "forgot your password" button just below the email/password boxes. It'll ask for your email address (used on account) and use that for the password reset.

Do as said above. If you can't reset it, you can send a private message to the Moderator_Team and they will reset it from their end.

I had same issue, I forget my password of my account, but it never send me email to show how to reset.
