My guess is, based on their original post was, it was likely.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And possibly seeing that message&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/182855"&gt;@Meow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;posted, which freaked us all out at on point or another.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My telephone service is suspended.I already made my payment before the due date which is March 7 2022&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I made my payment on Friday March 4 2022 by credit card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it shows my balance 38.00&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;amount owing $0.00&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is my service suspended?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/140071"&gt;@pissed&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When you login to My Account, does it shows Account Suspended?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You mentioned about the $38, is it show as Available Fund?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Is your Plan $35 ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you see $38 as Available Fund and account suspended, please go back to the Payment Tab, One Time Payment, and then use "Other (Enter the desired payment amount)" option to load an extra $1 into the account to trigger the process.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;(however, if you see Available Fund = $0, you would have to use the same option but manually enter the plan amount there)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/" style="width: 541px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/60241i66B701B924DF33EC/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="E-Paymt-AmtDue_Other.jpg" alt="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/" /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then submit the payment.&amp;nbsp; once payment is successfully summitted, click on the button "Reactivate current plan" if there is one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then logoff from My Account and Reboot your phone and it should work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so don't worry about it your payment will be taken in next couple of hours and your status on the overview page will update to active.
