Are your services working currently?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you select "Make a payment" choose the "&lt;STRONG&gt;Other (Enter the desired payment amount)&lt;/STRONG&gt;" option, instead of the Amount Due:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="esjliv_0-1647090185601.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/61479i172902008D6AF7EB/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="esjliv_0-1647090185601.png" alt="esjliv_0-1647090185601.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you tried too many failed attempts, log out and try again in 1 hour (as it may have temporarily put a fraud alert on you, but it should clear up when you try again).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or, are you able to try and call 611 to make a payment to top up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are having difficulties,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/228966"&gt;@fmomen&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, you might want to try entirely removing the registered card, logging out from the system, then signing up for auto-pay again by re-entering the card.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You may even want to try registering a different card (if available)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are in a pinch and really need to make a payment, perhaps go to a mobile shop (or shoppers, canadian tire, london drugs, etc) and purchase a Public Mobile payment voucher.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These can be added to your account via self-serve (under the Payment tab), or by calling *611.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
