      <description>&lt;P&gt;when i turn my phone on it says to insert SIM. When I try to phone out it comes up as "not registered on network".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Log in into your self-serving account and check service status. Is it active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does your son's SIM work in your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If SIM does not work in 2 phones most likely it is dead. Lets see if somebody has better suggestion but get ready to buy new SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
