On the right side of the account log in page where you create your self serve account you enter your phone number. Then you are sent a 6 digit alphanumeric code from 611 to enter. Then it allows you to enter your email that you used at activation to finish creating your self serve account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact customer support click below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There's no way to reach customer support. I am unable to make an online account because the website doesn't send me the six digit number.....it just keeps repeating that I have successfully setup the 4 digit code. The code that I setup at Walmart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only communication solution is to switch provider.....or not?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Remove any personal info.
