      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried purchasing 1G data on my plan and proceed with data add on and made a payment of $15 however, not too sure if it has been added correctly. I restarted my phone after the purchase. Do I need to make full payment of my plan before purchasing the add on?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
