Did you login to My Account and confirm if your account status is Active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you have a 2nd phone to put the PM SIM in and see if it connects?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any friends in your area on Telus or Koodo ?&amp;nbsp; Check with them if so&lt;/P&gt;</description>
