    <description>&lt;P&gt;my new sim card number is good to go. the verification codes being sent to my email are "wrong" and i have 2 attempts left before im locked out? really hoping for a solution i have no way of contacting anyone unless i come to a coffee shop..please if someone can just switch the sim cards for me please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/228847"&gt;@jroco&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe try again.&amp;nbsp; Make sure that the new SIM card number that you activate is correctly entered.&amp;nbsp; Need 2 factor authorization to verify ownership of account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still issues, you will need to contact customer service agent.&amp;nbsp; Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website.&amp;nbsp; Type:&amp;nbsp; SIM card swap.&amp;nbsp; Follow prompts to submit ticket for CSA help.&amp;nbsp; It may take 1-2 hours for response from CSA.&amp;nbsp; Check your private message inbox for response.&amp;nbsp; (envelop on upper right corner of website)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
