      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/228747"&gt;@lisasinc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; At times a new activation the descriptor for first deposit shows as Koodo rather than Public Mobile.
