    <description>&lt;P&gt;I deactivated a phone on the prepay plan and now want to reactivate it. Even though I'm within the 90 days, and I've done everything required online, the phone will not reactivate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It may take a short time for service to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/228812"&gt;@Thos&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;do you see any Available Fund on your My Account ?&amp;nbsp; $0? or some amount?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Payment Tab, one time payment and make a manual payment.&amp;nbsp; Use the option "&lt;STRONG&gt;Other (Enter the desired payment amount)&lt;/STRONG&gt;"&amp;nbsp; and manually enter one of these:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&lt;STRONG&gt; the full plan amount&lt;/STRONG&gt; if your Available Fund shows $0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;$1&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; if you Available Fund = Plan amount already (this is to load an extra dollar to re-trigger the re-activation process)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/" style="width: 541px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/60241i66B701B924DF33EC/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="E-Paymt-AmtDue_Other.jpg" alt="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/" /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once payment went through successfully, click on the button Reactivate current plan if it is there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then logoff My Account and reboot your phone and it should be good&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After paying for the plan logout and log back in and click reactivate link.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After that a simple reboot of the device can do it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still a no go then contact support agents to look into it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Create a ticket via bubble on the bottom right or by sending a direct msg to CS_Agent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
