Given their backlog it may be a day, or two, before you have a response. Perhaps, turn on email notification of private messages to&amp;nbsp;see their response as soon as it arrives.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from &lt;A href="http://fongo.com" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;fongo.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;It will get fixed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Activation failure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unable to activate a new SIM. &amp;nbsp;Added all the data on the online form, new SIM, requested a new cell number, entered payment info, etc. &amp;nbsp;Received error that the activation process failed and that I need to contact customer server. &amp;nbsp;I am unable to login via the email provided and I am unable to use the SIM as it is seen as invalid when I tried the process again. &amp;nbsp;Need help quick assistanc on this please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
