      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried multiple times to submit a ticket to return a pre owned phone that is not working properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am sure all the fields are correct yet it will not let me submit ticket, the button will not highlight.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking for help as I only have 2 days left on my 30 day warranty,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Darryl&lt;/P&gt;</description>
