Gently clean the sim card with a Q-tip and dampen it with a little rubbing alcohol. Check that your sim card sits snugly in slot or tray. If its loose use a little carefully placed tape or a paper shim to help it fit better.

To contact customer support click below:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

Recently I have been getting no services on my iPhone it says "No SIM", I have tried restarting the phone, taking the SIM out and putting it back in, turning Airplane Mode on then off. Is it likely to be an issue with the SIM card itself?
