Password reset for self serve

Forgot my self serve password, can anyone help me to reset it?

HI @Dhamu Did you try to use the Forgot password link? You can reset the password there if you know the email address used and the answer to the security question

If not, you will have top open ticket with PM Support to seek for their help:

Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

type: Forgot log in information
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):
