Hi! I noticed that I have a large amount of call made to voice mail. Example: I have 4 consecutive calls made to VM, but no incoming calls before or during this timeframe and none made by us. Why are these calls being made and/or registered on the usage?

Are you saying somebody accessed your voice mail from your phone and used your minutes (most likely $15 plan correct?)

It cannot happen out of blue. Somebody did press 1 on your phone and called vmail. What your Usage History says?

If you live in any other time zone than eastern you can determine if you called your voicemail by it being time stamped in local time while incoming callers will be time stamped at eastern time.

To contact customer support click below:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #

Hi darlicious! Does this mean all "unwanted" calls with no messages go to voice mail anyway? We receive alot of calls with no one on the other end using different numbers all the time. I must have blocked 50+ numbers to date and it just continues. Thanks!
