      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/228426"&gt;@Balqis_Ehsan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Please first try to use Forgot Password link on the login page.&amp;nbsp; Just need to enter the correct email address and answer the security question and you can then reset the password&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you cannot reset it that way, open a ticket with PM CS Agent and they can reset it for you,&amp;nbsp;Click on the Bubble or directly at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.
