    <description>I recently a 90-day talk and text plan. I put the sim into the phone and I'm getting bars but when I tried to call or send texts it wouldnt work and would say my plan doesn't have that feature. It won't let me log into self serve either with the same email / login info I created the account with. Tag a mod that can help me please</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like your account did not activaye properly.&amp;nbsp;Unfortunately you will need moderator assistance. Send&amp;nbsp; a&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Getting-Started/Private-Messages-viewing-and-creating/td-p/56161" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; private message&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; to the moderator team with your phone number, SIM card number, account email address, and an explanation. Given their backlog it may be a day, or two, before you have a response. Perhaps, turn on email notification of private messages to&amp;nbsp;see their response as soon as it arrives.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from &lt;A href="http://fongo.com" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;fongo.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They will fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
