Price Increase

I was notified that the price of my $10 plan will be increasing to $13 but it does not mention discounts.

Will my autopay and loyalty rewards remain the same or can they be improved to offset the increase?

This phone is being used by a senior citizen so this is a large increase considering what the plan offers.

@AM6 : Everything stays the same. It's just the planned increase will eat a little more of your rewards or cause you to pay in a little more. I would very much doubt the rewards would change to accommodate this planned increase. Yes it's a 30% increase. That is substantial.

@TorMan You will get to keep your rewards and Loyalty. So, no worry

And with $10 plan change to $13, the $15 is really a much better deal

What are you getting with your current plan and how much are you currently paying?
