    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/224154"&gt;@Crissyls&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;, is your data not working at all or not working well?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You didn't change phone, I guess?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the data still not working well when you are outside of your usual area?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try changing to 3G ONLY and&amp;nbsp; check if Mobile Data works better&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/224154"&gt;@Crissyls&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, is the data issues coincident with low signal strength?&amp;nbsp; It is possible that local towers are having spurious outages leading to connection to towers further away, causing congestion and less than ideal signal strength.&amp;nbsp; On and off issues are really difficult to troubleshoot.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
