      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will have to contact agent and ask him to update your PIN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Send a private message to the CSA by clicking &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You probably selected one when signed up with PM but misplaced it (same as me).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can look at your welcome SMS and email, it might be there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
