      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered a SIM card on February 17 and it said it was shipped on February 18, but I still have not received it. Would it be possible to send a replacement SIM card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Skylines&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/171100"&gt;@skylines&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;SIM usually delivered within a week , maybe two weeks max.&amp;nbsp; It has been over that.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please open a ticket with PM Support and check the status:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on the Bubble or directly at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.
