If you didn't, and the friend got the $10 then they entered a valid but wrong code. If after 3 days they still don't then they'll need to contact the CSA's to get it applied. Not you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you get the promo email in February? Not everybody did on all accounts. I have 3, got 1.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You get the $1 (if on old rewards). Did you activate them in December? Or did you get an email last month and activated them in February? A December activation should have shown up the first week of January. The February activation likely the first week of March (now..soon).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/150678"&gt;@Timtamarama&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your friend gets the $10 bonus credit you get the $1 reward or 1 point depending&amp;nbsp; on the program that you are on....if you qualified for the $30 bonus referral credit then I expect the first $5 credit to be credited tomorrow and you will be informed via text message from 611.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check your rewards account for the $1 reward and the last 4 digits of your referred friends phone number to appear below. If the $1 reward (or 1 point) and phone number is not listed then a glitch occurred during activation when the referral code was entered and your friend will need to contact customer support with the referral code and preferably your phone number to confirm the correct code is entered on their account.
