US Roaming Add On

Is there any way to renew a USA roaming add on without having to wait 24 hours? My talk/text/data add on just expired and it's not available for repurchase right now 😩

If I would have purchased two 10 day blocks before my trip I'm guessing it would have continued seamlessly? 🤔

You will need to contact customer service agent to repurchase right away.

No, if you purchased two 10 day roaming add ons, it would not work continuously for 20 days unfortunately.

Talk to PM agent, they might be able to remove that 24 hours limit for you.

US roaming Talk cannot be stacked so you cannot buy 2-3+ same US talk add-ons for 20-30+ days.

@Gerry_P : You've probably already dealt with the CSA's by now but for future reference and not waiting for a CSA..a workaround is to buy the other bundle or the individual components after the 240 hour expiry. And no, don't buy a talk (maybe text) add-on while one is active.
