There is a standard blurb that if you have AutoPay or have sufficient funds available…disregard the message and your Plan Status will show Plan Expired.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will return to normal the next day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you log in or call 611 to get your basic account info? If so you can do this yourself.
