@Sherrymlj - if you only added funds to your account and the $'s are still sitting in your Available Funds area, then you did not complete the plan change yet.

As long as you have enough funds, you should be able to have the option to Change Now if you are up or downgrading.

Note, though, doing this you do not get the prorated amount back from the cycle you are currently in. Those funds are lost.

So, if you are close to your renewal date, perhaps purchasing a data addon to get you through this cycle.

The addon will still on your account until consumed. Plan Data will always get used first, before the addon will kick in.

Then you can schedule a plan change on Next Renewal if you think your current plan is not sufficient enough.

Two days ago I received a notification from public mobile informing me that I had used 75% of my data base plan 5 GB /40.00 /30 days. I immediately changed my plan to the 15GB/ 60.00/30 days. 69.00 was applied to my credit card. However this morning I receive another notification from public mobile informing me that I had used 100% of my data, My question is why hasn't my plan changed? As my account profile still indicates that my current plan is the base plan 5GB/ 40.00/30 days?????
