I need my account password and security question reset so I can change my credit card number.

@arjund38 Please remove your email address and the phone number. it is an open forum and you don't want the info posted here

You can login to My Account to make the security question/answer change yourself if you have access

Or if you lost the access, you will have to open ticket with PM support:

@arjund38 : ~~That's too much personal info.~~ So when you use the Forgot your password? function using that email, you then don't know the answer to the question that you had set up at activation?

@softech : The only one of those you can change in the account is the security question.

I found my password and security question answer. I was able to reset my password and get into my account. Thank you everyone for your help.
