I have to make one call to Florida. Do I have to purchase addons for 10 days?

Do you possibly have the Xmas gift international calling? Then you can call. There's only the US long distance add-on or of course the expensive plans to call to the US. Not the 10 day add-ons. You could also use a voip app like TextNow that does voice.

Are you in Canada or in the United States?

If in the United states, you will need to purchase the 10 day roaming package.

If in Canada, you will need to purchase a long distance add on.

How long have you been a customer? Did you receive the free Christmas holiday long distance add on in December? If you did, you can just use that add on to call the United states.

HI @cshank No, roaming is to make calls when you are in US

if you are in Canada and calling US, you just need to buy the Long distance minute. There is one for $15 for 1000 US minutes

However, I see you joined in 2018 , you should have some Long distance Christmas from past years. So, all you need to do is to try making the calls. You should be good and the calls should go through on your free Christmas bonus from PM

Did you click Yes on the More is Merrier promo?

If you did, there was a bonus 2gb data and 500 minutes of International calling.
Check your Self Serve account under My Data & Add-Ons and see if there are these bonus in your account.

If not then you need to purchase International calling add-on.
