      <description>&lt;P&gt;No one's going to call you. It would be wise to remove your number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you have service? Then it suddenly stopped? Can you login to your self-serve account? What recording do you get when you dial 611? Have a look at devicecheck.ca just in case. Did you do a chargeback for an unknown Koodo charge?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What happened when you tried to login to your selfserve? When did phone stop working? When was your last payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;this is my mothers subscription, never had to use this website simply top the phone off with a new card so im unable to log in to any profile and am stuck speaking to a useless robot. Been using the service for years and it stopped this morning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
