@irishman4 you are not PM customer yet? you will need your SIM card, activate and will create the account together.

Hello......was a customer .......couldn't remember if i should create a self serve account before sim card gets here ..found out minutes ago on the web.......answer is NO ...sim has to be in and activated ....well sim will be here in a couple of days.....thanks for your help................Glad to be back........Regards......Irishman4

You won't be able to create a Self Serve account until service has been activated, nor do you need to. The only time that you need to perform this step seperately would be if/after you activated your service at a store. For activations done online/at home/at your offce etc., the Self Serve account gets created automatically during the activation process.

You will need the 19 digit SIM number to create an account but you found that out. 🤔
