@martinab, go into your self-serve and go to change plans and you can schedule it to do that on your next renewal.

Just login to Self Serve account and click on My Plan>Change Plan but do it the day before your renewal date so you don’t waste the existing plan and paying for the new one.

Very simple.

Click on Change plan, pick $15 on next page and click on 'Change on next renewal date'

HI @martinab You can just login to My Account, click on the Button Change Plan.

Then select the plan you want to change to and remember to click "Change on the next renewal date"

Here’s the process for changing plans, first login to Self Serve to this screen:

Then, click Change Plan:

Then select desired Plan:

Then choose Change on Next Renewal Date:

You wont need an agent for his request. Follow the process shown above and you should be able to choose from change plan right now or at next renewal. That is all you need.
