Hello,

I switched over from Koodo in September, keeping my number.

I've had two friends try calling me from out of province to get a "Call cannot be completed as dial", but I was able to call one of them successfully.

To further test, I had a family member call from within province and it rang twice and went to voicemail for them. This has happened once before, but I thought nothing of it. I don't see any ringing on my part.

I know I have had incoming spam calls come through and ignore them.

Any suggestions? Could this be related to being located near a Canada/USA border?

Yes, it could @lexmo

Try manually selecting Public Mobile from network connections and DO NOT let your device automatically connect to a mobile network. Doing so automatically may end up trying to connect to other providers.

If you cellular network selection is on automatic, disable automatic and switch to PM.
