90 days plan renewed without problems; rewards deducted correct payment taken and new expiry date accurate.

I'm sure there are thousands of renewals more every day that have no comments. Of course, when a system operates smoothly renewals require no comment.

Everything seems to go smooth, except Beta credits. I need to write a letter every month by some reason.

I gives me $10 at the first 30 days (90 day plan), but next two months don't work automatically.

Hello,

If you're referencing the $10 Beta credit, $10 is credited per 30- or 90-day plan.

If customer assistance is giving you $30 in Beta credits per 90-day cycle, the reps are in error.
