Are all other functions (Voice call and data) working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes, there may be something stuck during porting.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, my account shows only 2 options talk and data but I ordered the promo 90 day talk and text and then added the 6 gb data. Everything works and I receive texts but can’t send them. I assume the never activated me on the promo plan. No talk and text no PM. Hoping this doesn't have to be escalated to a third party.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Already re-booted and nothing. I tried Hangouts and it worked on one son with android but not the other with iPhone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
