      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/227532"&gt;@keneverett&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;there are multiple PUK codes.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only one PM can provide you is the SIM card PUK.&amp;nbsp; Some people set up a SIM PIN and need to enter at each reboot.&amp;nbsp; If that one is entered wrong multiple times and locked,&amp;nbsp; PM can provide you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if it is the phone carrier locked,&amp;nbsp; the&amp;nbsp; PM cannot help.&amp;nbsp; Carrier locked phone are those that you have been using no problem but when you first entered PM SIM , it asks you for the PUK.&amp;nbsp; you will have to go back to the carrier where you got the phone from and they can provide you that code&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To open ticket with PM for SIM PIN PUK,&amp;nbsp; Click&amp;nbsp; on the Bubble or directly at :&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Type:&amp;nbsp; Unlock a phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click "Sim card PUK"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click "Contact Us"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click "Click her to submit a ticket"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;you will then direct to another page to open ticket.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
